The staff is exceptional here, the services are excellent, and location is favourable close enough to the pizza/bakery around the corner and close to the beach, bus and metro stops and Close to the metro that is very easy to use to get around Rio. The breakfast with facility begging for renovation and delicious ham, as for instance is hot and wonderful for what is offered.

It's a very nice hotel. The staff is very friendly and always pleased to help. They even speak English, what isn't that common in Brazil. The breakfest is amazing, you have so many choices. The rooms are very clean and big, the same with the bathroom.
The only negative thing is that there is a lot of noise from the street, it's quite a busy street whit lots of traffic.

The room I was given was extremely spacious and luxury with great WiFi signal, TV, for example. The location close to the beach was magnificent. Convenience stores and a grocery shop were right next door. It was located close to an underground station in Rio de Janeiro. The service was excellent, I had 2 perfect nights here.

The hotel reception was nice and friendly. Breakfast wasn't bad either, nice variety of fruits and cakes.
The room stank! There was the smell of sewage coming out of the bathroom that reaked into the room. Our balcony door never locked and would vibrate at night every time a truck passed by and we were on a higher level. It was an overpriced room for the below basic facility. The location was so so compared to other hotels. It was alos extremly noisy at night since you could hear ev We don't recommend taking up excursions through the hotel because we later discovered that we paid more than others on the same excursion even though our hotel informed us we were getting "discounted rates". So if you've got the time, try to book excursions yourself. Please note, the excursions were fine, but we didn't appreciate getting ripped off the way we did
